The position will be providing telephone support and advice on behalf of The Princes Trust. We currently have a number of opportunities available with full training provided. We encourage Continuing Professional Development with opportunities to achieve nationally recognised qualifications.
You will be joining a well-established organisation and will need to be a responsive listener, adapting your approach to your callers, who may be seeking information or experiencing challenging situations, due to their physical or mental well-being.
We are looking for empathic and supportive individuals who enjoy being part of a close knit team. Experience of working as a call handler will be an advantage as we provide advice and support both on a helpline and other digital methods. Ideally you will have an exemplary telephone manner with excellent speaking and listening skills. You will be working on our Customer records databases and will need to be IT literate.
In return we will provide you with a permanent contract, a generous annual leave allowance and the chance to achieve a performance based bonus 3 times a year after you have successfully passed probation.
