Our client, a high profile Accountancy firm with offices across the UK and overseas, has a requirement for an IT Support technician.
The ideal candidate will be working on 2nd Line support, but expected to also work on 1st line as and when required. With around 1-3 years direct experience, you should be able to work under pressure and be highly mobile, being adaptable to any issues. A degree of flexibility will be needed, with visits required to all offices, as well as out of hours support if needed.
You will be tasked as being the 2nd Line contact, being able to resolve any issues sent to you by the helpdesk. You will have good experience with Active Directory & authorised software remotely. However, there will also be an element of hardware based support for Laptops, desktops, mobiles & office moves. Experience with Citrix is desired.
