C2 Safety have an established a service offering, a marketing methodology which has consistently increased sales year by year, and has documented and systemised the offering so that our Franchise Partners will benefit immediately from the accumulated expertise and know how. Our Franchise Partners will have access to a bespoke CRM/database containing all the policy and risk assessment documents, and the ability to record all client details, sales, and action plans.
Full training in all aspects of owning and operating a C2 Safety Franchise is held at our C2 Head Office in Somerset and each franchise partner is supplied with a Franchise Operations Manual.
You will also then be supported with an on-going programme of services designed to help you grow your business
When you join our team a dedicated Franchise Manager will be assigned to support your business, assisting you with your launch, and will work with you to grow sales and ensure that brand standards are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR FRANCHISE PARTNERS.
As an Owner Manager, our Franchise Partners are responsible for the overall management of their C2 Safety Franchise Business, marketing, selling the services, and to begin with delivering the services. As the business grows there is the opportunity to employ and train full and part time staff as necessary to enable you to concentrate on the sales and marketing side of the business.
The model on which the Franchise is based shows that a typical Safety Advisor can handle 80 clients and the staffing levels will be determined by that level of activity.
You will operate in a territory defined by a number of post codes based on population, and will be responsible for developing the area to its full potential.
You will be expected to invest in your franchise, there are initial and ongoing fees and sufficient working capital is required. You must be NEBOSH qualified to at least certificate level.
Given a solid framework within our proven system, you must be able to think for yourself, identify opportunities to grow your business and to create sensible pragmatic solutions to solve your customers safety problems.
You will need a genuine desire to want to help your customers, they are the life blood of your C2 business.
In order to grow your C2 business you will need to be tenacious and have the social skills to be able to sell the benefits to potential clients.
