Our client, a healthcare organisation based in the East of England are seeking an interim HR Change Manager to plan, manage and deliver a restructuring project.
Working across a diverse set of stakeholders your role will be to engage with staff at all levels, managing the restructuring process and ensuring the project is delivered successfully.
Essential skills and experience required:
- Experience delivering change projects within the healthcare sector
- Experience of HR processes and employment law
- Excellent engagement skills
- Experience managing and delivering change within a medical setting.
This is an urgent opportunity for a May start.
