SF Group are currently recruiting an HR Generalist to join a friendly and progressive business in Birmingham City Centre. This role is being recruited on a contract basis until March 2019 and therefore the successful candidate will need to be either immediately available or available at short notice i.e. 1 week.
Working within an HR team you will be supporting the organisation as a whole on all aspects of people management including but not limited to the following:
• Supporting and coaching line managers through investigations ensuring policy and process is adhered to
• Assist with workforce planning tasks
• Coaching both HR stakeholders as well as business stakeholders to improve performance
• HR projects including policy and process revision, implementation of a new HR system
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, someone who is able to work off their own initiative and can clearly demonstrate capabilities within employee relations and generalist HR. You will be partnering with senior managers and the SLT therefore confidence and knowledge will be key to being successful within this role.
