We are recruiting for an HR Administrator on behalf of our clients based in the area. As an Administrator your main Aim will be to support the HR Team with HR queries and the administrative function. Working closely with the HR Administrator to ensure all queries from our Area/Operations Managers are dealt with efficiently and effectively along with working together with the company's solicitor.
Duties and Responsibilities of a HR Administrator
·Dealing with HR queries i.e. disciplinary' s, grievances, TUPE contracts - gain and loss, email queries, DBS requests, maternity, accidents at work etc.
·Liaising closely with our payroll department and company solicitor.
·Day to day administration duties.
·Dealing with internal and external telephone calls.
·Inputting DBS applications online ensuring all relevant information and documents are received.
·Ensuring incoming and outgoing mail is distributed correctly.
·Completion of starter packs to include printing of all Company literature and photocopying.
·Ensuring the HR store-room / work station is kept neat and tidy and ensure a stationary order is made as and when required.
Details of a HR Administrator
·Salary: £17 - 18K pa
·Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm, with a unpaid 30 mins lunch break

Skill and Experience of a HR Administrator
·Good attention to detail
·Friendly disposition with confident telephone manner and able to communicate with customers and suppliers
·Literate and numerate with a good knowledge of Microsoft office
·Able to work on own and in a team
·The ability to prioritise workload
·Previous HR Experience
