Working in the Technical Department across the Arcade, the role involves:
- Dealing with front line technical issues for the customers
- General machine repair
- Machine refills and ticket replenishment
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining high levels of presentation in the area
- Working as part of a team in a customer facing environment

A technical background is desirable for this role
