Job Title: Forecasting and Capacity Planning Analyst
Location: East Midlands, Anglia, Yorkshire, or North East location
Salary: £35-42,000 plus great benefits + bonus

Working as part of a large resource planning team, supporting a best in class customer contact centre operation, the business are looking for a creative, self-motivated professional with a fresh perspective, who can help drive and exceed levels of excellence for their people and their customers.
Forecasting and Capacity Planning Analyst
The role can be based out of one of three locations but will require one day per week in the Anglia operation. They may also be able to offer one home working day per week.
The Forecasting & Capacity Planning Analyst will accurately forecast the customer demand by understanding and predicting key drivers behind customer contact and interactions.
Working as part of a wider resource planning team, you and your colleagues will help optimise customer service performance through the provision of accurate and timely forecasts across a multi-channel high demand customer operation.
If you are interested in applying for this position you will have previous experience of forecasting and planning. Ideally with some knowledge of WFM tools you will have strong analytical skills and good attention to detail.
