This is you, and we want you to work with us and lead our food & beverage service at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Ricoh Arena. We need your motivation, driven direction and logical steady approach to any given situation. If have worked within a similar fast paced food and beverage supervisory, team leader or management role - then we need to hear from you! The Hotel itself was refurbished in October 2015 and boasts 121 guest rooms including 50 queen rooms with stadium views of Ricoh Arena! Across the food offer within the hotel, our team serves up to 240 people per day for breakfast, 250 covers within the restaurant on exhibition days and 150 on Match Days.
Reporting into the Food & Beverage Manager at the hotel and being responsible for the variable food & beverage assistants, duties for this role will include: delivering excellent quality products and service to each and every guest with an emphasis on high quality; ensuring the team are delivering a memorable guest experience, demonstrating a perfect knowledge of food and beverages on offer, whilst ensuring the team are complying with health & safety legislation and regulations.
