They have long standing relationships with their clients to review their life insurance, savings, retirement and investment needs. You will be provided with an existing client bank of their current policyholders requiring servicing, plus you will be expected to self-generate further business through obtaining referrals.
Initially a 2-week induction course will be provided to ensure all their Financial Advisors are knowledgeable of the process and products available, and comfortable in being the face for the company with clients. You will then continue to receive ongoing support from a dedicated team, plus receive mentoring and business planning support from your Regional Manager.
Ideally, you should be an experienced Financial Advisor with proven client facing sales skills, business development and ability to manage your diary. Advisers holding the Level 4 Diploma or FPC is preferred however due to their range of products being purely stakeholder products the qualifications are not essential. Full driving licence required as you will be meeting clients in their own homes.
