We're recruiting for an well respected Global company with their EMEA HQ in Edinburgh. They manage Customer Services via phone, email and social media on behalf of global brands. You will help customers and solve problems whilst becoming a specialist within your client account.

YOU NEED TO
- Speak and write in fluent Finnish and English.
- To be flexible in your working week
- Have strong problem solving skills and a desire to help customers
- Have some experience with Windows and Excel software packages
- no experience needed - however any customer service skills would help!
