Export Sales Executive
Venatu Consulting are currently working with our client in recruiting for an Export Sales Executive. The purpose of this role is to be responsible for managing all export documentation, administration and providing day to day export sales support.
The role requires you to understand all export documentation and requirements for the UK when selling into various territories around the world. In addition, the role will be there to support export sales by way of administration, creating quotes and managing sales leads.
* Ensure all export sales have the correct paperwork generated and communicated
* Dealing with the compliance & legislation for the UK side of the business
* Ensure all necessary records and kept and maintained
* Support suitable LOCs terms are agreed in terms of new contracts
* Ensure suitable processes are in place to support the Internal Sales/International Sales Manager
* Communicating with dispatch / transport management
* Ensure KPIs and reports supporting export are completed in a timely way
* Support the Internal Sales Manager as required in managing the management information
* Support open communication with all other departments
* Excellent export administration knowledge
* Excellent communicator / leader/ team player
* Excellent organiser and good self-motivator
* Ideally good computer skills
* Ideally some sales support skills
* Must have suitable experience managing export sales
* Must be a good communicator with strong people skills
* Must have an ability and desire to review and improve processes
Some formal export qualifications but relevant experience will also bring significant merit to any application.
