An important role in an ambitious, growing acquisition team in which you will plan and manage direct marketing campaigns to achieve annual supporter acquisition targets.
You will be responsible for delivering a number of campaigns across a range of possible channels, from direct response television and digital to face to face and telemarketing. This will involve you setting up and delivering campaigns as well as working with colleagues to analyse performance and make recommendations for future activities. You will manage suppliers, deliver projects to deadlines, on message, and within budget.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing direct marketing campaigns with a good knowledge of current direct marketing best practice as well as experience of managing Cash and Regular Giving direct marketing activities. Positive, with a can-do attitude, you will have the ability to organise effective schedules and work to tight deadlines, co-ordinate multiple external and internal stakeholders and build excellent working relationships with partner agencies.
