The primary purpose of the role is to support the day to day organisation and management of the services and employees. Providing clear direction and leadership to employees, whilst supporting the Centre Leader (CL) in facilitating the delivery of high quality patient centred services.
You would be responsible for supporting the Centre Leader (CL) in growing the business. Working with CL to identify service gaps and areas of opportunity for future service provision and supporting the development. Supporting events for key stakeholders to promote services. Assisting CL in developing and maintaining relationships with partner hospitals and working with them to maximise opportunities. Assisting in the execution of month end processes and audits. Monitoring KPI’s and identifying efficiency and/or effectiveness improvements. Assisting with GenesisCare projects or improvement opportunities e.g. Lean Implementation. Supporting and encouraging current referrers through active relationship management, service and engagement initiatives. Working proactively to engage and working with other employees, Centre’s and departments, including Governance, Marketing, Human Resources and Finance to maximise knowledge and improve Centre performance. Building and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
Working closely with CL to create the annual centre plan and assisting with the execution of its delivery. Assisting with the implementation of a marketing/engagement plan for the centre. Leading on the creation and monitoring of third-party contractors and providers, ensuring value for money is provided from all contracts and SLAs as well as ensuring consistent performance monitoring of agreed standards.
Reviewing customer feedback through patient satisfaction surveys and developing quality improvement action plans. Contributing to a patient centred approach service. Taking a proactive approach to quality and assist the CL to prepare for any regulatory inspections and ensure that the appropriate evidence is in place to meet inspection requirements. Coordinating the operational management of quality assurance and safety within the centre. Facilitating a dynamic and innovative culture within the team where individuals inspire each other to continuously deliver exceptional outcomes and care for our patients and ensure a forum exists to review and continuously improve.
