SF Group are working in partnership with a prestigious client who are recruiting for a Data Analyst to be part of their Pensions and Benefits team.
As the Data Analyst you will report into the Pensions and Benefits Manager, the data analyst will need to have pensions and benefits knowledge or an understanding of. In exchange you will receive a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, along with excellent benefits.
As the Data Analyst (pensions and benefits) you will reconcile against payroll reports, extract and analyse data from systems to investigate any gaps or errors to determine solutions, support the team with relevant data and systems work, assist with preparation and review of processes for the management of employee data, liaison with pension and benefit providers, liaison hris payroll to resolve any data or system errors relevant to pensions and benefits.
In order to be successful for this role you will have a comprehensive understanding of data analysis, and be competent in providing MI reports. an excel superuser for data manipulation and analysis and have a broad IT systems experience and knowledge, ideally working with iTrent /ADP.
