We are looking for a Client Success Manager who will deliver maximum value through regular contact with clients.
- You will be responsible for delivering excellent service to clients by building and maintaining relationships
- Your role will include managing the product build process with new clients
- Ensuring all existing clients are made aware of any updates on the platform and product
- Keeping the clients as well informed as possible
- Represent the company at networking events
- You will be involved in negotiations regarding renewal pricing
- Manage the renewals process
- Experience in a client success/customer success or B2B account manager role with a focus on building on existing relationships
- The ability to understand customer requirements and then continue to guide them through the plan to increase/retain business
- Have a mindset which focuses on consistent engagement
- Great interpersonal skills

- Ability to understand basic technical concepts
