This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience customer services professional to join this growing organisation as their Customer Service Specialist. You will be assisting with orders and be the first point of contact for enquiries.
Customer Service Specialist Requirements
As the Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:• Answering customer queries and processing customer orders over the phone
• Chasing up deliveries and ensuring prompt service
• Ensuring all data entry is clearly and accurately recorded
• Liaising with internal parties on sales, design and marketing
Customer Service Specialist Experience
To be successful in this position you will be well organised and have experience in a customer or sales role. ideally you will have experience using SAP although this is not essential. You will be confident liaising on all levels and dealing with financial queries.
