They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team where you will process orders and respond to requests as necessary, via telephone and email. This is a permanent full time position.
Managing certain customer accounts, you will provide a high level of communication and service to meet their expectations. Ensuring all orders are despatched on time and in full, you will liaise with internal departments and will provide customers with stock reports. The other part of the role involves you managing the customer sample despatch activity. Receiving sample requests, you will pick and pack samples from the designated warehouse locations, record them and control the stock levels, replenishing where necessary.
They are looking for someone who has previous experience in delivering high levels of customer service. IT literate and with the ability to build and maintain client relationships, you will be an excellent communicator who is self-motivated and a team player.
