Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Communicating through telephone, email, and web/digital channels
- Continuously developing your knowledge relating to the industry, ensuring you can effectively support and develop customer knowledge
- Increasingly delivering a sale though service experience, and identifying opportunities through the effective promotion of appropriate cross-sell and up-sell offers
