PK Education are currently working with a secondary school for children aged 11-16 with social, emotional, mental health and behavioural difficulties. Due to an increase in numbers of pupils being referred to the school, there is a higher demand for Cover Supervisors. The school require people who are available on a day to day basis as well as those who are looking for longer term work as the school recognises that continuity of staff is essential for vulnerable and unsettled pupils. At present, general cover teachers are highly desired for this school.
Pupils arrive at this school in crisis after experiencing significant educational difficulties, long periods of non-attendance, exclusions and disengagement. The school are very skilled at building positive relationships with pupils displaying challenging behaviour and work exceptionally hard to break down barriers to learning and give all pupils the chance to achieve.
