HLP are looking for Compliance Assistants/Review Officers to work from their head office in High Street, Worthing. In the current market compliance is the number one thing brokers look for when deciding on networks and you will be one of the first point of contacts when they deal with us.
The role will include reviewing files to make sure that they meet the network standards and most importantly making sure customers have the right outcomes. You will also be reviewing financial promotions to make sure they meet FCA standards. There will also be opportunity to gain external qualifications after your probationary period.
Skills, Knowledge, expertise:
Min 1 year financial services experience,
CeMap qualification or willing to work towards,
Articulate in both written and verbal communication
Working knowledge of MS office- Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and other applications
Proven experience of working with multiple systems and databases
Working successfully in a target/risk driven operational environment
