A leading Financial Services company with their head office in Liverpool are seeking experienced candidates who have a proven track record in an inbound or outbound customer services environment. With a large client base which is constantly growing, the purpose for the role is to speak with current and prospective clients to fact find and establish if an appointment is to be made with the regulated financial services team.
Given the nature of the role, you will need good questioning and listening skills and in return you can expect a base salary of up to 24,000 with bonus potential to bring your earnings to 35,000. There are some fantastic benefits on offer also, certainly above average.
