Chef de Partie - CDP - Chef
Due to staff progression we are looking for Chef de Partie for prestigious luxury 4 star Hotel and Spa chain based in the heart of Hampshire Liphook. This is a full time permanent position is offering a salary of £20,000 - £22,500

* As Chef de Partie you will work within the wider Kitchen team to provide guests with interesting and healthy meals, maintaining the clients high standards.
* Deliver food of a high catering standard on both short orders and banqueting services
* Daily preparation of all ingredients for the evening service
* Work positively and diligently achieve maximum profitability and minimum wastage
* Ensure health hygiene standards are constantly maintained
* Complete all work given by Head Chef or Sous Chef in a timely manner.
* Participate in the training of Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters.
* At least 1 year's experience as a Chef de Partie within a 4 or 5 star hotel kitchen
* Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
* Experience working with COSHH guidelines
* This will including working weekends and bank holidays so a flexible attitude to working hours is a must.
* Due to the location the successful candidate would need to drive or have their own method of transport as public transport is limited in the local area.
