£35-45,000 plus car allowance, OTE £65,000

Due to our ambitious growth plans we have a newly created role for a Business Development Manager to be at the heart of growing our customer base across the Midlands and that’s where you come in…..
You are simply brilliant at selling in the Education sector. You genuinely love dealing with people and have a talent for understanding their needs and challenges, handling objections and influencing. You can rapidly build great relationships, know how to present services and solutions and are able to adapt and vary your approach to suit your audience.
This is a consultative role where you will be developing business with schools, academies and educational trusts across the Midlands. Through maximising opportunities with existing MATs, converting inbound enquiries and winning new business from scratch, you will triumph in developing this previously untouched territory. You will have full support from the Director and be surrounded by a team who want you to succeed.
You will have well-developed sales skills and previous experience of selling to the Education sector. You will have the professionalism and personality to influence key stakeholders and appreciate that success in this sector can be tainted with the wrong approach.
