The global leader in the eCommerce travel industry, with an impressive turnover of approx. £40million in profit per year, are going through an incredible period of growth and change and we need a Business Analyst to join our evolving team.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our B2C product team where you will work on our transactional web and mobile applications, therefore previous experience working on B2C or frontend products is essential.
As Business Analyst you will be responsible for gathering requirements from key stakeholders using a variety of ellicitation techniques, such as interviews and workshops. You will convert requirements into user stories with measurable acceptance criteria using best-practice documentation.
Stakeholder management skills are vital because as Business Analyst you will act as the middle-man between the development team and the business users, therefore your ability to communicate with tech and non-tech individuals is key.
We need a Business Analyst with previous experience working within an Agile environment. You will be working directly with the B2C Scrum team so experience of participating in Scrum ceremonies is required.
