Our Client, a large aerospace engineering organisation is looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to be work on a 6 months contract in Basingstoke.
As a Supply Chain Administrator, your key responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the vendor approval process, when required, monitor and progress internal invoice queries, seeking resolution within the team or escalating where appropriate, communication with internal customers and stakeholders
Seeking information from within the team and from vendors to ensure that customers and stakeholders are always informed.
Support to the Shipping and Export Compliance Coordinator, raising appropriate shipping paperwork and booking couriers and freight shipments.
Identify and highlight emerging issues and seek support to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Previous Experience and/or Qualifications
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office software
- Previous shipping and export compliance knowledge and experience
- Experience working in a project driven environment
