Administration Support Manager
Main duties include providing real time, accurate, effective and professional administration and information services within our homes in the South East of the UK, streamlining processes and implementing projects. The job holder would be responsible for the efficient running, training and improvement of the Group’s administrative function. And would support the Group Home Administrators in meeting and/or exceeding standards and drive industry best practice.

The ideal candidate
will have a proven track record in a similar role in a large care home provider (experience at Home Administrator level will be an advantage) and will have managed or supervised a team over multi-site locations. Additionally, will have strong computer and communication skills and experience and knowledge of working with time and attendance and other real-time systems. A person who is very organised, has the ability to prioritize workload, and would take the initiative and engage other staff members.
Due to the nature of the role the ability to travel and flexibility for overnight periods of staying away from home and a driving license are essential.
