Account Manager/Senior Account Manager (Digital Content & Social Media Producer)
My client is a fully integrated global agency offering marketing, design, social and PR services to firms specifically in the financial, technology and professional services sectors. My client is an international based company and has over 60 employees across London, New York, Amsterdam, Singapore, Hong Kong and Los Angeles.
As a Digital Content & Social Media Producer you'll have a passion for all things social, a proven track record of using social media to drive customer engagement (most notably LinkedIn & Twitter) and a flair for producing and publishing content across a wide range of digital channels. You will be responsible for creating original and engaging content for clients' websites and social media channels to help increase audience and drive engagement.
You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience of using key analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics and LinkedIn Insights. You should have a strong passion for social / digital, championing these channels within the office and helping to upskill colleagues. You must be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and have desire to learn more about the financial sector and contribute towards the success of the company. Agency experience is not essentialm but is desireable and experience with financial clients will be an advantage. You must have experience of community management of social platforms primarily LinkedIn and Twitter - including publishing, monitoring, engaging, copywriting a range of material, from blogs to tweets, with an impeccable command of the English language. Social media / digital reporting to assess campaign performance and opportunities for optimisation is a must. Ideally you will have experience running paid search campaigns through Adwords / Bing, management of organic search campaigns and client management.
