Computer / IT Technical Support / 1st Line Support technician

As 1st Line IT Technical Support you will work supporting a diverse range of SMEs, responding to customer enquiries, helping to resolve issues - and as soon as you feel ready - making site visits to clients to assist with implementations, technical problems etc.
The role will grow in line with your experience and ability, with more responsibilities and training on offer to the right candidate with the right attitude / aptitude. The work is diverse and interesting and candidates that learn fast with a professional and positive attitude will gain a great chance to develop IT their skills further. The primary objective of the role is to resolving support incidents but work also includes installing equipment and software and occasionally assisting with project work.
Our Clevedon based client has been providing Specialist IT Support and IT Services to businesses in Bristol and throughout the UK since 1999. An experienced and friendly team with a loyal customer base, their expertise includes IT advice, project implementation, IT support and IT services. They provide fully managed IT support services for clients throughout the south west. As a Microsoft Silver Cloud Productivity Partner, they are supporting businesses with Cloud-based installations at an increasing rate.
As 1st Line IT Support, you will have a relevant qualification and/or experience of IT networks and support software / hardware (e.g. PCs, Servers, Printers, Microsoft Operating Systems and software) - full training is provided but a working knowledge of networks, Linux, VMware, or Veeam product experience would be extremely advantageous.
