Do you enjoy providing 1st class customer service and IT help desk support?
My Bristol based client is looking for a Service desk analyst to provide 1st line support and join their ICT service desk team working to ITIL standards.
This will be a 3 month contract position in the center of Bristol, working Monday to Friday.
Mobile device configuration and eneral experience with telecoms support is very desirable (blackberry, iPhones, Smartphones).
I am looking for someone with great communication, customer service skills and an enthusiastic attitude.

Key technical knowledge
- ITIL awareness and understanding
- IT Support/1st line help desk experience
- Windows operating systems
- Exchange and Active directory
- MS Office
- General telecoms support (Blackberry, iPhones, smartphones)
