In this role, you will support adults with a learning disability, autism and challenging behaviour to develop skills in all aspects of daily living, social & leisure activities at home & in the community. You will undertake a key role in ensuring their participation features in all aspects of service planning and contributing to the development of the staff team by role modelling and sharing good practice. Experience of working within a health or social care environment is essential, as well as experience of working with people with learning disabilities.
