Temporary Talent Administrator – South Oxfordshire – Between £12 - £14 per hour plus holiday pay (depending on skills and experience) – To start ASAP and ongoing for at least three months, with the potential to go perm for the right candidate! Ref: 16176
We have just registered a fantastic Temporary opportunity for a candidate to join our highly-regarded client on a long term, temporary basis. As Talent Administrator, you will be working alongside the in-house recruitment team providing vital support in both an administrative and proactive capacity. This position will be a critical component of driving our clients’ talent acquisition activities to the next level. Your contributions will be crucial and the main responsibilities will include:
• Scheduling all interviews for recruiting in the UK and across Europe;
• Supporting the induction process for UK and Europe new starters, including coordinating IT set-up;
• Coordinating and scheduling all travel for candidates and recruiters;
• Posting and removing job adverts as directed by recruiters;
• Constructing all offer contracts, tracks completion and return of documents and ensuring the new hire has all required information to ensure a smooth start and great first day experience;
• Supporting with event planning and organization attended by the UK recruitment team;
• Assisting with preparation of careers marketing material and branding initiatives; and
• Point of contact for all speculative recruitment enquiries.
A strong sense of camaraderie, initiative and attention to detail will be pivotal to excelling in this role. The ability to manage priorities thoughtfully and to address urgent needs with poise and clarity is essential to success.
Communication skills, authenticity, creativity and a can do attitude is required to succeed in this fast paced environment. You’ll need attention to detail, ability to learn and navigate new systems, the courage to speak up and share your point of view whilst working collaboratively.
This position is best suited to a candidate who is Administration focused and keen to hone their current skillset to a high level. You are not required to have a background in recruitment, but it is essential that you are a proven and dedicated administrator/PA with strong organizational and prioritisation abilities.
This is a key role within the organisation, and for the right candidate, there may be potential to go permanent. As such, it is hugely important that the successful candidate is able to commit to at least three months of the assignment and interested in pursuing a permanent role.
