Due to their continued success our client, a well-respected and expanding legal firm is looking to recruit an experienced, proactive and dedicated Solicitor to head up their Family department.
Reporting to the Practice Manager, key responsibilities will include efficiently managing the work of the Family Law Department, responding in an appropriate manner to client instructions and participating in regular training sessions, including leading the sessions when necessary.
In addition, you will lead on the growth of the business, office systems and the organisation of the department.
Diligent, thorough and motivated, the successful candidate will be technically sound and confident in dealing with all aspects of Family Law as well as being flexible in methods of thinking. You will possess a minimum of 5 years PQE within a Family Law department.
