We are looking for a Service Business Development Manager to join our Service Sales team covering the Bristol region with your local office being in Verwood.. You will have a proven track record within a target driven environment and will be responsible for:
- Building effective relationships with internal and external customers, gaining their trust and respect through meeting and exceeding expectations
- Securing new contract sales in accordance with annual targets
- Ensuring all new lifts have the end clients details identified prior to commencement of the warranty period
- Generating proposals and managing enquiries for service contracts
- Expanding product knowledge, sourcing market and competitor information
- Using your knowledge of the lifts and/or construction industry to negotiate skilfully to win concessions
