An exciting opportunity has arisen for a School Events Booker to join our client's Youth Services Team based in Nottingham. This is an important role in which you will be will be providing a high level of support to all frontline recruitment staff across the NCS programme.

Essentially you will be responsible for generating new recruitment leads over the phone and in meetings with educational establishments and other youth sector organisations. This is a key role within the NCS recruitment teams with the aim to meet recruitment targets whilst creating long lasting relationships with schools/colleges and other key stakeholders.
A typical day will include:
• Communicating daily with schools/colleges via phone, email and meetings.
• Being persuasive when in dialogue with schools and ensure 100% access across each local authority area.
• Managing a large case load of schools, colleges and other organisations to maximise events booking opportunities across the region.
• Developing and exploring new relationships with schools and colleges.
• Managing recruiter’s calendars and ensuring you have generated enough leads in order for the team to meet recruitment targets.
You must have the following skills and experience:
Experience in working in an education or sales environment.
A drive to achieve targets.
Excellent communication skills.
Motivation to work autonomously.
Attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure.
Demonstrates a good level of IT literacy – MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent presentation, listening and written skills.
Ability to build rapport and adapt to client needs.
Ability to work to team and organisational goals.
