Internal Recruitment Resourcer - Investment Banking
In this role you will be supporting the Recruitment team in providing a first class recruitment service to an international Investment Banking client. You will assist in sourcing, headhunting and attracting high quality talent into our clients business. Your key focus will be as follows.
- Generating candidates directly using innovative sourcing methods (internet job advertising, search analytics, networking, referrals, client website, employee referral schemes etc...)
- Driving candidate pipeline by using above innovative sourcing techniques and maintaining accurate data on internal tracking systems
- Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process
- Working closely with the overall team to ensure client Service level Agreements.
Candidate resourcing/ recruiting experience is useful for this role, but we will also consider a graduate who is passionate about getting a career in Recruitment and who enjoys research. The successful candidate will also have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi task and be comfortable working within SLA’s/KPI’s. The role will be based onsite with our client based in the City.
