Electronic Design Technician
£20,000 - £25,000 Depending on experience
My client is on the look out for a dynamic Electronic Design Technician for their Head Office based in Lancaster.
Reporting to the Operations Manager on a day to day basis but serving as part of a small team. You will need to be a logical thinker with a technical mind who has a keen eye for detail. You will be working on repairs, maintenance, fault finding and new product development so dexterity is a must. Some of the bespoke products they deal with are:
- Alarm Systems
- Power Supply
- Pressure Monitoring
- Temperate Monitoring
- Legacy Equipment
- Nuclear panels
You will be keen to learn about "old school kit", understanding systems, working from original documents, circuit descriptions and schematics.
Nuclear Vetting with be applied for upon offer of the role as some of the work you will be based at a nuclear site.
