My Aberdeen-based client are looking for Desktop Analyst to join their team for an initial period of 3 months (with a good chance of extensions beyond). The role is entirely office based and you will be working on a service desk, resolving 1st line support issues and escalating issues where necessary. 


In order to be considered for the post, my client require experience in:



    • Ticketing Systems
    • Hardware and Software issue resolution with laptops and desktops
    • Remote support
    • MS Office Applications
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Active Directory
