Brook Street are looking to recruit a number of Data Input Clerks for a temporary on-going role based in West Coventry.

You will be working for a Government body which specialises with children and families. You will be responsible for receiving and checking information on reports to ensure accuracy, and inputting them onto the system. You will also be working with several systems to ensure data is loaded and to complete with your roles. You will also be liaising with external agencies, under direction to ensure that data is accurate and that you will be requesting for certain checks to be carried out in an effective and timely manner. Your role will also include requesting police and local authority checks, tracking when these have been requested and inputting the information on the system.

We are looking for those who have:
  • Key attention to detail
  • Ability to use a wide range of Microsoft office packages
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good level of numerical ability
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal tactfully and sensitively with people

You must be able to provide consistent 3 years references.
