My Client is offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Support Consultant to join their FinTech start up business on a permanent basis.

The role will include troubleshooting and accurately logging all customer issues reported to the Service Desk, providing solutions & workarounds which meet the customer and business expectations as well as working to personal and team SLA's/KPIs. You will support users and systems across the group, resolving online issues related to customer's credit files & credit results you will respond within a timely manner to query tickets.

Candidates must have a genuine interest in IT, Finance or the Mortgage industry and are looking for a career within this sector. Candidates must have at least 1 years' experience of working within a similar customer support role. It is highly desired if candidates have experience working for a mortgage company.

The successful candidate will have good verbal communication skills, have proven experience of having to work from their own initiative, able to work effectively within a team, very strong customer service skills and the ability to use this skill to deliver clients with satisfied results.
