Cost Manager required with a mix of Project support and Finance experience by our central Government client based in Titchfield. Reporting to the Business Case Manager you will be responsible for developing a Cost Model to support a major business change programme across the organisation.

The ideal candidate for this role will be qualified in Project Management (either APM Introductory or Prince2) and should have an appropriate finance qualification or be working to attain one, such as AAT, or ACCA. You will be able to develop and agree budgets for change initiatives, and control, forecast and actual costs against the budgets as well.
