Trust Housing Association Ltd has an exciting opportunity for two Catering Assistants to join our team based at Matheson Road in Stornoway.
In return for your enthusiasm and commitment we will offer you:
- Guaranteed average of 7 hours per week. Working a four week rota with every second weekend off. Week 1 & week 3 – 8hrs Week 2 & week 4 – 6 hours. Monday – Friday 4pm to 6 pm and Saturday – Sunday 1 pm to 3pm
- Comprehensive Induction and training provided
- Option to work additional bank cover hours via our agency
Trust Housing Association is a national housing, support and care provider, offering a range of accommodation and support services. Primarily serving older people in our communities we also provide housing for families and individuals. We have over 2,500 households across the length and breadth of Scotland, from the Highlands and Islands all the way down to the Borders.
As our Catering Assistants you will maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining room areas, carry out all cleaning duties as outlined in the development-cleaning schedule, assist with basic food preparation, serve meals to tenants and when necessary assist escorting tenants to the dining room.
