Customer Service Advisor

 

Vintage Associates is looking for talented customer service advisors to join our sales and marketing team in Nottingham. We are a new company specialising in direct sales and marketing on behalf of other businesses, so you need to be comfortable working in a high-pressure sales environment. Customer Service Advisor: Job Description

 

As a Vintage Associates Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to engage with clients face-to-face. Your priority will be to resolve client issues in a friendly, helpful manner and enquiries will need to be dealt with as quickly as possible. Other aspects of the job include:

 

  • Attending staff and client meetings.
  • Keeping up to date with current price tariffs and informing customers accordingly.
  • Tracking sales.
  • Updating the customer database.
  • Upselling where applicable.
  • Customer retention.
  • New customer acquisition.
  • General admin.
  • Any other duties as required.

 

Work History and Education

  • High School Diploma or GED.

     

Previous relevant experience working in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment is desirable but not essential. All relevant training will be provided to the successful candidate. The right personality and a willingness to learn are more important.
